The Bounds of Competition Policy: Challenges, Overlaps and Possible Trajectories
Date: 5 December 2024
Time: 14.30 - 16.30 (registration from 14.00)
Event Details
Throughout its history, competition policy has faced many boundary disputes and has faced pressures to stretch its area of competence. While some topics may appear more settled, a recent resurgance of competition related employment issues, productivity, innovation and social debates have shown the ground we operate on may not be as stable as we thought. Join us for a truly Transatlantic Panel that will enlighten and challenge our established views of what competition policy is and what it may look like in the near future.
Chair:
Simon Pritchard, Partner; Latham & Watkins, London
