PLF Event: Reviewing the new Product Liability Directive

Event Details

This event will discuss and assess the new Product Liability Directive, with a detailed review of the final text of the new Directive, focusing on issues such as the notion of product, defectiveness, burden of proof, the enlargened notion of injury.

The event will be followed by a drinks reception and dinner at the Athenaeum Club in St James's (107 Pall Mall) from 8pm.
