Workshop Details
Co-organised by BIICL and the Korean Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST), this workshop aims to bring together leading scholars, practitioners, and members of the judiciary to discuss the evolving law of maritime boundary delimitation as developed by international courts and tribunals. The workshop will examine how recent rulings have shaped the case law and assess whether these rulings have provided greater clarity or introduced new ambiguities in the delimitation process.
