Event Details

As a result of Brexit, a new fisheries regime or regimes governing the UK exclusive economic area will need to be devised in the context of a UK constitutional arrangement whereby fisheries management has been transferred to the four devolved administrations. By definition, the new regime or regimes will need to take account of EU and partner countries' preferences. This conference follows a highly successful conference on the same subject and with the same format held at BIICL in September 2017.
