Event Details
On 30 September 2020, the Independent Expert Review (IER) of the International Criminal Court submitted its final report assessing the work of the Court, a review which had been commissioned by the ICC Assembly of State Parties (ASP) and endorsed by the Court's leadership. With 384 recommendations ranging from governance reforms to changes in the working environment and the relationship between the Court and the ASP, this final report is extremely far-reaching. Our panel of experts will discuss some of its recommendations and the manner in which they could be addressed in order to rebuild trust and strengthen the Court's performance.
