BIICL in cooperation with Simmons & Simmons is organising the 18th Annual Review of the Arbitration Act, an authoritative update on recent developments and topics of interest in international arbitration in England & Wales.

The event will be held on Wednesday 6 May 2020. It will bring together leading practitioners, arbitrators and academics working in the area of international arbitration.

The speakers will discuss the following topics:

  • Investor-State arbitration and the English courts
  • English courts' role in protecting arbitration
  • Challenges to awards and enforcement
