Event Details

This event focuses on recent developments of arbitration in Asia. Weixia Gu, University of Hong Kong, will highlight current issues that arise in arbitration from an Asian perspective, and present an inter-jurisdiction comparative study about key arbitration jurisdictions in Asia. The panel will reflect on these developments from an English perspective. The discussions will also focus on international commercial courts in Singapore (SICC) and China (CICC), and the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on arbitration in Asia.
