Part 4 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 ('the CJCA 2015') makes a number of changes to judicial review practice and procedure in England and Wales. The Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law, JUSTICE and the Public Law Project have worked together to produce a practical introduction to the latest statutory changes to judicial review practice and procedure. This invitation-only event will launch the report, 'Judicial review and the Rule of Law: An Introduction to the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, Part 4' by bringing together experts in this field for discussion on the following issues: (1) the new 'highly likely' standard; (2) financial disclosure obligations; (3) interventions; and (4) protective costs orders.
This event is by invitation only.
Hosted jointly with JUSTICE and Public Law Project
