In the fifth roundtable of our UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) in Legal Practice Roundtable series, we will explore developments at the national level towards mandatory human rights due diligence legislation. In particular, we will discuss the campaigns and legal developments currently ongoing in the UK, Finland, and Germany.
