This seminar will consider the past, present and future of international intellectual property law treaty-making, taking into account the role of traditional players, such as the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and World Trade Organisation (WTO) in the multilateral sphere, as well the impact of regional and bilateral free trade agreements and investment treaties.

The seminar will be followed by a reception.
