Background
With the number and sophistication of cyber-attacks against states showing a significant increase in recent times, the Institute has invited experts on the topic to discuss the international law problems related to state responsibility for cyber operations.
Speakers will cover questions such as the evidentiary and attribution rules applicable to cyber operations, as well as the possible remedies available against different types of internet-based attacks.
This event will be followed by a drinks reception.
