Victims of human rights abuse by business, wherever it occurs, require full and effective access to judicial remedies. Three years on from the adoption of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, there is more work to be done.
CORE Coalition and Business & Human Rights Resource Centre, in association with the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL), cordially invite you to an afternoon conference to discuss recommendations for actions that should be taken to address the issue, drawing on "The Third Pillar: Access to Judicial Remedies for Human Rights Violations by Transnational Business", produced by CORE, ICAR and ECCJ, and "Injustice Incorporated" by Amnesty International.
The conference will be followed by a reception from 18:00-20:00
