A roundtable discussion of pressing issues at the end of 2008, including: Antitrust in the Obama Administration; Article 82, section 2 and chapter 2; priorities for enforcement and advocacy in 09; the credit crisis and competition policy; research into assumptions competition authorities use to approve/block deals, and analysis ex post to see if assumptions were valid.
This is an invitation-only meeting of the Institute's Competition Law Forum.
