Reforming Group Action Procedures: the Civil Justice Council Report on Collective redress

This seminar looks at the recommendations made by the Civil Justice Council in its recent report on the reform of collective redress. Co-authors Robert Musgrove of the CJC and Professor Rachael Mulheron will be joining a panel of experts examining the report in light of civil procedural reform in England and Wales, and the ongoing Europe initiatives.
