What is this event about?
This event will examine the role of the modern prosecutor and national prosecutorial services in ensuring a high level of international co-operation while upholding due process principles and the rule of law, particularly in the light of the emergence of new threats. It will also discuss the issues facing international prosecutors in ensuring co-operation from states and international organisations.
