As the Olympic Torch has spread around the Globe, so too has renewed debate on the question of the sovereignty of Tibet. This Rapid Response Seminar aims to address recent events in the context of the longer-term international legal questions which remain unanswered, and brings together experts on the issue of self-determination, the relationship between China and Tibet and freedom of expression and the media.
