Kosovo: To Recognize or Not to Recognize — That is the Question

On 17 February 2008 the government of Kosovo proclaimed its independence. Whether the entity of Kosovo should be recognised as a state or not raises very important issues of international law. This seminar will endeavour to clarify some of these international legal issues.
