Event Details

The British Institute of International and Comparative Law and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law are jointly organizing a Conference on on Human Rights in the International Arena, with particular emphasis on the means of protection and prevention.

This vitally important aspect of the law and practice of human rights has yet to be fully explored, and a major conference covering these issues is therefore both timely and necessary. It is the hope of the organizers that the discussions which will take place in London will make a real contribution to clarifying and improving the processes involved in the protection of human rights, and the prevention of breaches.
