This, the seventh public conference of the Institute's Investment Treaty Forum, addresses questions of the nature of investment treaty arbitration through the examination of key controversial procedural issues. Each speaker will highlight whether the nature of investment arbitration affects the approach to procedural issues. Expert commentators will then broaden the discussion.
