The impact of law on firms, markets and economic performance is immense. Presentations by US Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, Professor Oliver Hart (Harvard) and Sir John Vickers (Oxford) will analyse aspects of the relationship between law and economics, including the role of economics in court, the law and economics of the firm, and law for competitive markets.
