'Lending Into Arrears - A Policy Adrift'

The Centre for Commercial Law Studies (Queen Mary, University of
London) and BIICL are co-sponsoring a Special Lecture by Lee C.
Buchheit and Rosa M. Lastra as part of the London Forum - Sir Joseph Gold Memorial Lectures, on Tuesday, May 15, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. The speakers will present a paper entitled 'Lending Into Arrears - A Policy Adrift', which traces the evolution of the 'lending into arrears policy' of the International Monetary Fund, analyzes its competing rationales and offers some thoughts on its possible reform.
The lecture will take place in the Derek Willoughby Lecture Theater (DWLT), Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6AX.
