Aim of the event:
To extend knowledge and understand the different areas of dispute resolutions, and to highlight topics of current interest to both experts and arbitrators. In addition, to discuss opportunities for experts in the different areas of dispute resolutions.
Who should attend?
1. Members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Expert Witness Institute.
2. Lawyers, accountants and others who use experts and arbitrators. The seminar has been accreditated for CPD by the Law Society, Bar Council and Royal Colleges.
This is an interactive seminar and there will be ample time for delegates to participate.
Tea will be provided at enrolment time, and drinks at the end.
The event has been made possible by cooperation between the two institutes (and especially the London branch of the Arbitrators), and by the generous hospitality of the sponsors Davies Arnold Cooper.
The cost is: £45 for members and £50.00 for non-members.
2 CPD hours may be claimed by both solicitors and barristers through attendance of this event.
