This is the 40th of a series of annual lectures in honour of the late Dr F.A. Mann QC (Hon) (1907-1991) arranged by the partners of Herbert Smith Freehills and given under the auspices of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
This year's lecture will be delivered by Lord Mance. The title of the lecture will be "Justiciability".
