Almost a year after Advocate General Wahl's Opinion, the long awaited Intel judgment is due on 6 September 2017. We invite you to join our rapid response round table discussion with analysis provided by David Bailey, Jorge Padilla and Brian Sher chaired by Dr Liza Lovdahl Gormsen. The speakers enlightened us with their analysis of the 2014 judgment, so we are fortunate to have some of the speakers again for a discussion of the case from the Court of Justice.
