CLF Meeting: Competition Litigation and Collective Actions

The roundtable discussion will in general be about developments in collective actions - including the Dutch proposals and Mastercard. We will be discussing the likelihood of London maintaining its position as a global litigation hub post Brexit. We will also try and cover the implementation of the Damages Directive.

The Competition Law Forum is a centre of excellence for European competition and antitrust policy and law at BIICL. It provides a forum in which the practical application of competition policy is considered by lawyers, economists, senior business managers, public servants, public affairs professionals, consumer bodies and other specialist practitioners.
