Bingham Centre - International Visiting Fellows

The Bingham Centre has hosted up to three International Visiting Fellows each year since 2014. The Fellowships each last for a period of up to three months, at least one week of which is spent at the Centre, and the Centre covers airfare, accommodation for a week, and provides a modest subsistence allowance.

The closing date has now past for applications for the 2017 programme but the Centre hopes to invite applications for 2018 in the near future so please check this page regularly.

International Visiting Fellowships are open to individuals who ordinarily live and work outside the UK.

The Visiting Fellowships each last for a period of up to three months, at least one week of which is spent at the Centre. The week at the Centre must occur between 16 January and 7 July, or between 11 September and 15 December. Fellowships are unpaid but the Centre is able to provide a maximum of: economy class return travel to the Centre; accommodation in London for up to one week; a subsistence allowance of up to £300 for up to one week while in London; access to a shared workstation for one week; and library access while at the Centre. Library access for up to three months may be available in some instances where visitors expect to be in London for an extended period.
