In the immediate aftermath of the Microsoft judgment on 17 September of the Court of First Instance, leading experts and representatives of the parties gathered at a Conference organised by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law on 25 September to review the decisions and its ramifications. Following the judgment, Dr Philip Marsden, Senior Research Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and Director of the Institute's Competition Law Forum, was asked for his views on the judgment by a number of media, see below.
