UNCTAD report includes trends and analysis of data of 2006 investor-State disputes

The Investment Division of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) has published IIA Monitor No 4 (2006) on the "Latest Developments in Investor-State Dispute Settlement". The Monitor is based on a report prepared by Dr Federico Ortino, Director of the Investment Treaty Forum at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. The Monitor includes recent trends and analysis of data focusing on new investor-State disputes registered in 2006 as well as recent developments in the growing arbitral jurisprudence.
