In Memoriam: Sir Ian Brownlie

The Institute is deeply saddened to report the death of Sir Ian Brownlie. Sir Ian was a longstanding member of the Institute, including having served for many years as a member of the Institute's Management Committee, of the Public International Law Advisory Group and, more recently, as a member of its Advisory Council.
