Dr Duncan Fairgrieve on BBC Radio's Law in Action

On 28 February Institute Research Fellow Dr Duncan Fairgrieve was invited by BBC Radio 4's Law in Action programme to give his views on the inquisitorial system of criminal justice versus an adversarial system in relation to the enquiry into the massive miscarriage of justice which is gripping France.

He was joined by Maitre Joelle Godard of the University of Edinburgh.
