The British Institute of International and Comparative Law's 7th Annual Merger Conference took place on Thursday 13 November 2008 and was held at The Law Society in Chancery Lane.
It was chaired by Adrian Majumdar of RBB Economics, Dr Philip Marsden, Director of the Institute's Competition Law Forum and Matthew Readings, a Partner in Shearman & Sterling LLP.
