In this PLF Seminar, we will be looking at the topical subject of Emergency vaccines & Liability from a comparative law perspective, looking at the US, UK and Europe. We will be joined by Jeff Bucholtz, a long-standing Biicl supporter & friend. Jeff was previously at the US DOJ, Civil Division, culminating as Acting Assistant Attorney General. He is now a partner at King & Spalding & he will be speaking about the US Prep Act.
This will be followed by a dinner with our distinguished guests. The cost to attend the dinner for individual members is £85.
