What is this event about?
The Preliminary Reference Procedure is the backbone of the judicial dialogue between the national and the ECJ, and is the subject of continuous debate . This conference considers many aspects of the dialogue and the improvements in the relationship between the ECJ and the national courts, achieved as well as potential, through procedural (such as the new Urgent Preliminary Procedure) and other means. It features some of the most eminent people in the world of European law and there will be ample time for debate.
