There have been over 1,000 arbitration-related decisions since entry into force of the Arbitration Act 1996. This conference will examine themes emerging from the body of judicial interpretation and application of the Act and look at developments in England from the comparative perspective of other common law UNCITRAL jurisdictions. Four Panels will covering topics such jurisdiction, procedural irregularity, anti-suit injunctions, separability, compétence-compétence, public policy and applicable law.
