This seminar looks at the recommendations made by the Civil Justice Council in its recent report on the reform of collective redress. Co-authors Robert Musgrove of the CJC and Professor Rachael Mulheron will be joining a panel of experts examining the report in light of civil procedural reform in England and Wales, and the ongoing Europe initiatives.
