What is this seminar about?
This panel discussion will explore the importance of the rule of law, economic development and the role and future of the European Community Courts. In addition to the analysis of the contribution of the Community courts to key European policies and principles such as the Lisbon objectives, the EU Reform Treaty and the aims of the Single Market, the discussion will also evaluate aspects of procedure and where improvements are necessary, in particular by reference to competition cases.
