The UK's Serious Fraud Office was the subject of a review published in June of 2008 which compared the SFO with two prosecutor's offices in the United States. The author of the report, Ms Jessica de Grazia, made an extensive analysis and recommendations which cover the internal workings of the SFO in detail, as well as several external factors that have impacted the effective operation of the SFO.

Ms de Grazia, along with other experts in the field are gathering together to discuss the report and to highlight those of its aspects considered to be among the most important evaluated in the report, namely, disclosure, in-house trial advocacy, and plea negotiation.

The Institute invites you to attend this highly informative seminar and to participate in the discussion surrounding this review.
