This seminar will focus on the recent development of third party funding of litigation, as new players enter the market, and an alternative sources of funding become increasingly important in the present litigation climate. Of particular interest is the recent opening of the London Office of experienced Continental third party funders, Allianz Litigation Funding. European and Commonwealth comparisons will be drawn upon as a guide for developments in England.

Seminar will be followed by dinner at the Athenaeum. Dinner will be priced at £85 per person.
