Buchheit and Rosa M. Lastra as part of the London Forum - Sir Joseph Gold Memorial Lectures, on Tuesday, May 15, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. The speakers will present a paper entitled 'Lending Into Arrears - A Policy Adrift', which traces the evolution of the 'lending into arrears policy' of the International Monetary Fund, analyzes its competing rationales and offers some thoughts on its possible reform.
