The Institute's Research Programme
The Institute's remit is necessarily a broad one; for this reason foremost among recent developments is the reorganization of the Institute's work into specialist programmes which mirror its research and professional activities as they evolve each year. In short, the Institute is driven by its research and activities agenda rather than by organizational structures.
While the work of the Institute has been organized into overall programmes, it remains true that research crosses traditional categories of law, integrating public and private international law with domestic law, European law and the comparative method.
Below are the current research projects and initiatives undertaken by the Institute. A summary of selected past research projects can be found here.
European and Comparative Law Programme
International Law Programme
