Competition Law Forum: Antitrust Marathon

The second leg of the Antitrust Marathon will take place at the Competition Appeal Tribunal in London on 11 April 2008 from 9 am to 4 pm. The four discussions will be on the following topics:
- European Economic Freedom: American Structuralism Revisited? What Room for Consumer Harm?
- Abuse vs. Non-horizontal Mergers: Conflicting Theories of Harm?
- Bundling: Are US and European Views Converging?
- Remedies
