Advisors of the Institute

Since its inception the Institute has benefitted enormously from external advice and guidance provided by its Advisory Council. This has been composed of members of the judiciary, academics, practitioners and representatives of international organisations. In early 2006 a process was undertaken to restructure and reinforce this advisory body, in order that the Institute be in an even stronger position to achieve its objectives.

Members of the Advisory Council are set out in the following list. This comprises eminent members of the Institute as appointed by the Board of Trustees. The functions, obligations and membership of the Advisory Council are determined by the Board of Trustees.
